Tim Coburn

Tim Coburn is as an independent consultant advising organisations on his specialist subject – Personal Fulfilment and Organisational Performance.He designs and delivers custom solutions independently and offers a range of leadership decision tools through his company, Personal Journeys Ltd, and in partnership with other consulting organisations.He is constantly researching postmodern ideas from which builds his distinctive approach to management and organisational consulting that fits with the world as people experience it. Before working independently, he spent 10 years as an organisation, learning and leadership specialist at the BBC, Motorola University and Motorola Inc.
