Jean-Christophe Iseux

A leading expert on China, with a most unusual profile. Two years ago, Jean-Christophe Iseux, a Frenchman fluent in English and Mandarin, became the first non-Chinese delegate to the upper house of the Chinese parliament, representing Changchun, a city of 8 million people. He advises Chinese officials on privatization, is a visiting professor at the People’s University of China and is also the Director, China Studies, Regulatory Policy Institute, Oxford University. He is also an investment advisor to multinationals as well as to Chinese local governments. With his in-depth knowledge of china’s current economic and social development, Jean-Christophe is invited to participate at many high-level international conferences.
