Bruce Van Barthold
A bilingual British national who
has worked in France for 20 years, both with the French Government and
private companies, Bruce wears two hats. He works with STRATX, a strategy
advisor and coach for blue chip multinational corporations
and teaches at INSEAD. His areas of expertise centre around
strategy formulation: from global and national market level
to the more operational fields of brand management and
distribution. He has worked with senior marketers in strategic marketing:
portfolio management; strategic segmentation and positioning. Bruce
has developed the established notion of Value marketing
to look at redefining objectives and company culture towards
a value added approach. His sessions are tailored around
examples relevant to individual clients and often serve
as guided reflection to major strategic choices.
Bruce is also a leading conference chairman. His presentational
skills, which he also taught at a high level at the Quai d’Orsay
and the ENA in France, enable him to facilitate high level
debates on future company strategy, in a both thorough and relaxed
manner. |
