How do you proceed?

After careful consideration of your brief, we will send you a speaker proposal and biographies and provide additional information as required. Once you decide to go forward with a speaker, and their availability has been established, we will send you a form setting forth the particulars of the booking. If you accept these conditions, the speaker will be booked for your event.

What is the fee for your service?

We act as agents for the speakers, and our compensation is included in the speaker fee which is quoted to you. There is thus no fee if you do not proceed with a booking.

What is the range of speaker fees?

Fees vary greatly depending on the standing and credibility of the Thought Leader. Fees may vary from a low of 5,000 € to well over 100,000 €. It is thus important for you to establish your budget as part of the speaker selection process.

How can I be sure that the Thought Leader you suggest is the right person for the event?

We have had many years’ experience doing what we do best, and that is finding the right person for the right event. In many cases we know the speaker personally and have seen them at work. We also have assessments by clients who have used the speaker in the past. If applicable, you will have the opportunity to talk with the speaker on the telephone or in person before you make a booking decision.

How far in advance should I book a speaker for my event?

This depends on the profile of the speaker but normally you should plan to make a decision on booking a speaker at least three to six months in advance.
